Research shows that 70% of our communication is determined by non-verbal
aspects, such as eye contact, tone of voice and posture. Only 30%
depends on the content of our conversations. . This also accounts for e-mails, phone calls and webcam conversations.
In other words: HOW you say things is much more important than WHAT you say. We will work on making your message more clear, complete and convincing.

Leading people is not easy. It is sometimes hard to motivate
and connect with different types of people. I will coach
you to become more sensitive to what others need from your leadership
style. You will know when to be supportive or when to be directive.
I will explore a variety of approaches with you, and you will learn
to select a style that is most effective for the given situation.

Do you have ideas about developing a new product, project or service?
Sometimes we have loads of ideas, but don’t know
where to start. My coaching questions will guide you to focus internally,
illuminate your thought processes and sort out your ideas. Next,
we will come up with a strategy, create a plan and put your good
ideas into action. This whole process brings you clarity and helps
you articulate your thoughts in a concise and convincing way.
- You will develop executive presence.
Do you think charismatic behavior is innate? Do you believe
that leaders are born with it? Well, this is a myth! Charismatic behavior is a combination of intentions and behaviors that can be learned and developed. . I like to call this executive presence. You can learn
to enter a room with presence, chitchat with strangers and ‘own’
a client meeting by confidently sharing your opinions, suggestions
and advice as well as actively listening to your client’s
feedback. With my step-by-step approach, you will learn to be more
authentic, which will support you in connecting with others in a
compelling way.
- You will experience and convey more confidence.
We often feel tension because of the personal demands for
perfection that we place on ourselves. We put a lot of
effort into achieving the “perfect results.” However,
when you exert too much effort, and subsequently create too much
tension, the “effort = performance connection” breaks
down and you miss making the impact you are capable of making.
I will help you silence your inner critic. As a result, you will
become less of a perfectionist and more of an effective communicator
and business leader.
- You will give interesting presentations where
you connect with your audience and keep their attention.
Standing in front of audiences, on video or live, is still most frequently used when communicating important messages. Unfortunately only a few people possess natural flair and confidence for speaking in public. The good news is that presenting is a skill that can be learned through practice. I will coach you to use more expression, structure your presentation and feel more at ease in front of your audience. You will also learn the ins and outs of storytelling and how to apply this technique in business presentations. This will make your speeches more personal and compelling. All practice sessions are videotaped
- You will reconcile (cross-cultural) differences
within a team.
Sometimes you think your message is clear, but you find out later that you have been misunderstood and mistakes are being made. This is a common occurrence for leaders of new and diverse teams. I will coach you to motivate your team to go the extra mile and contribute more. You will learn how to best communicate with every member of your (global) team and how to align people with their tasks.

You will learn to reflect on what matters most to you, your work and your life. By using open-ended questions and meditation techniques I will coach you to become the observer of your own thoughts, feelings, behavior or body.
